“Actually” -115 Mon@11:00p I call and ask wtf? They as usual say they don’t cancel wagers. I then have to struggle together and point out the bet shows 3rd Quarter along with the 3rd Quarter is over. How can I put a wager to get a 3rd quarter bet if the 3rd quarter is over. I also ask would I actually be that stupid to put a wager that wasn’t on the board to the wrong side? Also the time reflects the 3rd Quarter has been finished.
Now for now…I had taken Dallas for the match at another publication and after the 3rd Quarter when the Lakers were 6 up, thought now would be the opportunity to intrude on my Dallas for the Game wager, so I set a bet for $25 on LA -5.5 -101. As soon as I click the bet it reveals processing then comes back and says”Line has been updated to Lakers +103″. I look at the bottom of the page and no open bets. On top my balance is exactly the same, so I click on the button to generate the wager. Once it’s accepted, the base of the display reveals 1 open wager, however my account balance shows they took both bet.
Back on the phone, talk to the rep, and put on hold for a supervisor, then hung up on. Phone back and go through the very same motions and get on the telephone with the Supervisor. I explain to them what happened and she says that they don’t cancel wagers. I told them about what occurred 2 days earlier and I ask why you’re trying to deceive me to receive your money back? Once more I’m told they do not cancel wagers, however she will make a exception should I put a bet for $25 on a different game and then they would credit the one wager back. If I don’t the one will not be canceled. I mean seriously, is that the the right way to have some of their money back? Do they really believe I am that stupid that I can not enter $50 or 25 and when their system is just taking 2 wagers rather than the one which I won’t call and say something? Pathetic!
I go back and question that when this first happened during my first week of drama and that I had been stuck using a bet, that a notice was put in my account that when a double wager happens immediately enjoy this, the last was to be removed if it had been in precisely the exact same time. Did they honor that, NO? Are they CHEATING me, YES!
I am just glad it is their money I had been playing with, but it is such BULLSHIT, that they are trying to cheat people this way. Are they becoming hurt that poor they need to CHEAT YOU? So by forcing me to make a play without completing my research that will satisfy my for their mistake?
Insert in that early this week I had problems with their website and the website had been telling me to call them. They want me to put wagers to get a $50 minimum on the telephone. Some sport I will bet that more and some I just make a small wager to maintain my addiction moving. If he gets on top, DC is a master at making his competitor work while offering them go.
